Recertification

Once you are registered and hold a current APC, you must engage in continuing professional development (CPD). CPD is a critical component of the Council’s recertification programme and provides a mechanism for supporting your practice to develop throughout your career. 

The Council’s recertification programme is established under section 41 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003 (the Act).
