New practitioner registration system

We are in the process of moving to our new practitioner system. Access to online profiles will be temporarily unavailable from 8am, Friday 6 June until 12pm, Wednesday 11 June. 

Our new practitioner registration system goes LIVE on Wednesday 11 June 2025. Whether you are new to using it or new to what’s changing, the following is to keep you informed. If you need further assistance (once the new system is LIVE), please get in touch.

There are a few things you need to be aware of before the new system goes live:

  • Keep an eye on our website banner and news items for updates in the days surrounding the change
  • We are asking you to hold off sending through any applications while we switch things over between 8am, Friday 6 June and 12pm Wednesday 11 June
  • You will need to update favourites and bookmarks when the new system is live, as links will change
  • Use your same email address to login, you will be required to reset your password
  • Some of our processes are changing, please keep an eye on our website for any changes.
